SAT 3 provides all of its customers with a high level of customer support via direct telephone back-up and access to an on-line portal available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and containing step-by-step documentation and guides.
This allows new customers or irregular users constant access to vital information. In addition, SAT 3 also provides Free of Charge bespoke face-to-face training sessions and Free of Charge technical support.
We only use UK Trained and insured engineers. We can and have completed small and large installation projects in UK, Europe, West and North Africa and across the Middle East (Hostile and non hostile areas)
